Greensburg, PA -- Westmoreland County District Attorney Nicole W. Ziccarelli and Greensburg Police announce the arrest of Victoria Hecker, of Greensburg.
Hecker, 58, is charged with discharge of a firearm into an occupied structure, recklessly endangering another person and several other misdemeanors.
Greensburg Police were called to Pershing Square on West Third Street on February 13, 2023, after a woman found a bullet hole in the wall of her father's apartment.
Officers traced the trajectory of the bullet and discovered it came from a neighboring apartment and pierced the wall about a foot above a bed.
A search warrant led police to Hecker's apartment where they found a bullet-sized hole patched with tissues and putty and a receipt for materials Hecker allegedly used to patch it.
Hecker is in the Westmoreland County Prison on $25,000 bail. She is scheduled to be in court for a preliminary hearing on February 23, 2023.
