Westmoreland DA congratulates Greensburg native on AG confirmation
Greensburg, PA -- Westmoreland County District Attorney Nicole W. Ziccarelli is congratulating Greensburg native, Michelle Henry, on her Senate confirmation as the Attorney General of Pennsylvania.
Governor Josh Shapiro appointed Michelle Henry as Acting Attorney General after Shapiro took office as Governor in January. Henry was confirmed by the Pennsylvania Senate on Wednesday.
Henry is a graduate of Greensburg Salem High School and was previously a prosecutor in Bucks County, but she was first an intern in the Westmoreland County District Attorney’s Office two decades ago.
District Attorney Ziccarelli believes Attorney General Henry has the experience, integrity and trust that all Pennsylvanians deserve.
Henry’s term runs until 2024.
