Greensburg, PA. -- The Westmoreland County District Attorney's Office confirms the arrest of Timothy Steinman on Monday December 12th, 2022.
The Westmoreland County Sheriff’s Office had deputies tracking Steinman’s movement.
Surveillance resumed Sunday evening and ultimately, they located Steinman at a residence in Monroeville.
He was taken into custody without incident and delivered to the Greensburg City Police Department for processing.
He has since been transported to the Westmoreland County Prison where he awaits arraignment.

Greensburg, PA. -- The City of Greensburg Police Department is looking for Timothy Steinman, of Greensburg.
Steinman is wanted on multiple counts of aggravated cruelty to animals.
Investigators allege Steinman moved out of his White Street home and left his dog in the basement to die.
A local veterinarian performed a necropsy and confirmed the dog died due to starvation.
Steinman is wanted on the following charges: aggravated cruelty to animals - torture; aggravated cruelty to animals - causing SBI or death; cruelty to animals.
