Greensburg, PA -- Westmoreland County District Attorney Nicole W. Ziccarelli announces Paul Caletri III, 31, pleaded guilty and was subsequently sentenced for his role in chasing down and firing several shots at another man in Mount Pleasant Township.
Caletri was charged by Pennsylvania State Police in December of 2024 after he and his father allegedly chased down another man in their vehicles, firing several gunshots into the victim's vehicle before ramming into the victim's truck.
Caletri III, 31, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault. No one was injured as a result of the gunfire.
The incident occurred in broad daylight and traveled down multiple streets, beginning in Mount Pleasant Township before coming to an end in Mount Pleasant borough.
Caletri III was sentenced to serve two and a half to five years in prison followed by three years of probation upon his release.
Paul Caletri, Jr., 70, is scheduled to appear in court in December.
