Murrysville, PA -- A Delmont man was charged by Murrysville Police for allegedly driving under the influence and causing a crash that injured three people.
Wynn Noll, 63, is facing charges of aggravated assault by vehicle while driving under the influence, recklessly endangering another person, driving under the influence, and several traffic violations.
On July 18, 2025, Murrysville Police responded to the intersection of Route 22 and Mellon Road for a reported accident.
Police said the victim's vehicle was stopped at a red light at the intersection when Noll's vehicle struck the victim's vehicle from behind.
Three passengers in the victim's vehicle and Noll were all transported to local hospitals.
A search warrant was executed on Noll's blood which resulted in a blood alcohol content reading between .19 and .2%.
Investigators were able to download Noll's vehicle information and determined Noll was traveling at a rate of 57 miles per hour upon impact in a 45 mile per hour zone.
All three victims suffered moderate to serious injuries including back/neck strains, concussion, lacerated liver, broken bones, and torn ligaments in the spine.
Noll was arraigned and released on $50,000 unsecured bail.
