
Head of heroin trafficking ring sentenced to prison
Greensburg, PA. -- Westmoreland County District Attorney Nicole W. Ziccarelli announces the sentencing of Chauncy Bray, a drug dealer arrested by detectives in 2017.
Bray was sentenced by a judge on Monday, December 19, 2022 to serve 3-6 years in prison for his role as the head of a drug trafficking organization.
Bray admitted to distributing heroin, up to 200 bricks monthly, throughout Westmoreland County.
He pled guilty in August of 2022.
The Jeannette man has been in the custody of the Westmoreland County Prison since 2017 when he was held on one million dollars straight cash bail.
