Export, PA -- Murrysville Police, Lower Burrell Police, and the Westmoreland County District Attorney's Office cooperatively investigated two area massage parlors accused of soliciting prostitution.
Law enforcement launched the investigation in May of 2025 after receiving similar citizen complaints and online reviews detailing allegations of prostitution occurring within the businesses.
The undercover investigation focused on Asian Garden Spa on William Penn Highway in Export and Asian Massage on Leechburg Road in Lower Burrell.
On separate occasions, undercover officers paid for a massage service and were offered a sexual act for an extra cost following the massage.
Officers refused the service and ended the massage.
On September 18, 2025, officers jointly executed a search warrant at Asian Garden Spa and Asian Massage and arrested a female in each of the establishments.
Weihong Wang was taken into custody at the Asian Garden Spa in Export and was charged with prostitution. Wang waived her right to a preliminary hearing this week.
Due to Wang's immigration status, a detainer was placed on her by Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Lower Burrell Police charged Li Cheng, of Asian Massage, on September 24, 2025 with prostitution.
Cheng was living inside of the business at the time of the search warrant and was said to be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the massage parlor.
Cheng was arrested and pleaded guilty in East Lampers in 2022 for promoting prostitution.
