Greensburg, PA -- The City of Greensburg Police Department, in cooperation with Westmoreland County District Attorney Nicole W. Ziccarelli, announce criminal charges filed against Shayna Barner and Patrick Brundidge. 

Barner and Brundidge are both charged with one count of felony endangering the welfare of a child. They are accused of leaving a 3-year-old home alone with close access to guns, ammunition and marijuana. 

A concerned person called the children's bureau relaying concerns that the child was being left alone with no supervision at an apartment in Eastmont Estates in Greensburg. 

Upon searching the residence police confiscated three weapons and 1000s of rounds of ammunition.

Both Brundidge and Barner are in the custody of the Westmoreland County Prison.
