South Huntingdon Township, PA -- Pennsylvania State Police are looking for the suspects responsible for breaking into a trailer on a construction site and stealing more than $50,000 worth of tools and equipment. 

The incident happened on Fitz Henry Road in South Huntingdon Township and was reported on February 28, 2025. 

Troopers said the suspect broke into a trailer on a construction site at the Flying J Travel Center off of Interstate 70 and stole power tools and equipment worth approximately $43,000. 

The stolen equipment belonged to a commercial stone company based out of Allentown. 

Upwards of 50 tools, saws, and various equipment materials were stolen from the trailer. Troopers said an empty trailer that was being housed on the construction site was also stolen. 

State troopers estimate the value of the stolen trailer is approximately $9,000.
