Scottdale, PA -- Westmoreland County District Attorney Nicole W. Ziccarelli announces charges against a Scottdale man after police executed a search warrant on February 2, 2023.

Scottdale Police, in cooperation with the Pennsylvania Department of Probation and Parole, served the warrant on a residence on Jennings Avenue in the borough of Scottdale.

Investigators discovered and seized a large amount of heroin, crack cocaine and drug packaging equipment.

Shawn Prince was charged as a result of the search warrant. He was charged with possession with intent to deliver, drug possession and drug paraphernalia.

Prince is in the custody of the Westmoreland County Prison on $50,000 cash bond.
