Ruffs Dale, PA -- Humane Officers in Westmoreland County are offering a reward for more information regarding a severely injured cat discovered on a local resident’s driveway.

Investigators said the cat was found in the driveway in a rural area in Ruffs Dale Wednesday.  

The cat was found with burns to its body and early indications appear to show that it was intentionally burned.

The cat is now in the care of Frankie’s Friends Cat Rescue in New Kensington.
