Greensburg, PA -- The Westmoreland County District Attorney's Office is recognizing and raising awareness for Human Trafficking Prevention month.
January was proclaimed Human Trafficking Prevention month and is dedicated to raising awareness about human trafficking and to educate the public about how to identify and prevent this crime.
The issue is not only prevalent around the world, but right here in Westmoreland County.
Our office is committed to protecting and empowering survivors of all forms of human trafficking, to prosecute traffickers, and to bring an end to human trafficking.
