Delmont, PA. -- The annual Shop with a Cop event is celebrating 15 years of existence in Westmoreland County and spending nearly $100,000 on kids for Christmas. 

Westmoreland County District Attorney Nicole W. Ziccarelli joined law enforcement from across the county on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at the Walmart in Delmont to participate in the program. 

Trooper Steve Limani adopted Shop with a Cop in Westmoreland County and raises money throughout the year to make the holidays brighter for area children. 

Each child is given a stipend $150 to shop for whatever may be on their Christmas list, while establishing a positive relationship with law enforcement. 

Detectives with Westmoreland County Detective Bureau also went shopping this week. 

Ziccarelli was honored to take part in such a wonderful cause.
