On May 13, 2022, law enforcement officers with the Westmoreland County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant at 2824 Thor Drive, Lower Burrell, Pennsylvania and located the following items:

1. Kel Tec 12 Gauge shotgun

2. $38,030 U.S. Currency

3. 185 grams of Psilocybin mushrooms (valued at $7,400)

4. 194 THC cartridges (valued at $4,850)

5. Vacuum sealer

6. Drug paraphernalia

7. Digital Scale

8. 1 pounds marijuana (valued at $2,500)

9. 1.7 pounds of THC Wax (valued at $38,000)

Officers also searched at 2800 Lori Drive, Lower Burrell, Pennsylvania and the following items were seized: 

1. 300 THC vape cartridges (valued at $7,500)

2. Approximately 6 pounds of marijuana (valued at $15,000)

3. Money counter

4. Bottle of Liquid Alprazolam (valued at $100)

As a result, Dalton Smith was arrested and charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Person not to Possess Firearm, and Resisting Arrest. Smith was placed in the Westmoreland County Jail on $20,000 straight cash bond.

Tesa Myers was arrested and charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Myers was placed on $20,000 with 10% acceptable and was transported to the Westmoreland County Jail.
