A preliminary hearing was held today before District Justice Denise Thiel regarding charges filed against Ray Shetler on December 8, 2021 by the Pennsylvania State Police.  At the preliminary hearing, the Commonwealth moved to amend the Criminal Complaint to include additional charges of Aggravated Assault and Disarming Law Enforcement Officer.  The case was held for court and Formal Arraignment is scheduled on March 30, 2022.  The investigation is ongoing and the District Attorney has no further comment on this case at this time.
